My audition for Burger King went REALLY well. The "girl" part in the commercial is very easy and the audition was mostly improvisation. I got a great partner who I had chemistry with. We had some real moments and usually that is what it is all about. (well that and looks). Anyway, I feel a call back and a booking coming on...

Burger King Audition

I have an audition tomrrow! It is for a Burger King Commercial. I'm super excited because the casting director of this spot is the same casting director who was casting the Toyota commercial I went in for at the end of January. I'm have a great feeling that I will book this spot. Wish me luck:)

No Word

So I have not heard anything back from the Domino's commercial audition and I think callbacks were 3/3. Oh well. Hopefully I will have more auditions this week and I will book something soon!

Busy Busy Weekend

Friday night my friend Philip had 11 people over to do a table reading of a screenplay that he wrote. He ordered everyone pizza and we read the script aloud and then discussed it. Afterward, we played some games and by that time it was late so everyone headed out.

Saturday my roommates and I took our friend out for a belated birthday lunch at Aroma Cafe. He just bought a Prius so he drove and showed us how a high-tech, energy efficient car works.

I was involved with a play that performed Saturday night and Sunday at 3:00. The shows went well and the audience seemed to really enjoy it.

The LA Marathon shut down a lot of roads near the theater and near my house so I had to stay at a friend's house Saturday night. After the play on Sunday everyone spent a few hours breaking down the set and then several friends and I went out for dinner. When dinner was done, we went back to Philip's house to play more games. I just got home at midnight for the first time in almost 48 hours!
