Small World

I ran into a friend of mine from New York City yesterday during the day. His name is Jonas, and we were in a play together in New York City about three years ago. I didn't even know he lived in Los Angeles. It was so nice to see him and I really like running into people from the East Coast unexpectedly out here.

Last night I went to see a friend of mine in a play called 1776. Before the play, the person I went to see the show with and I went to eat at a restaurant in Hollywood called Citizen Smith. It was AMAZING. The atmosphere reminded me of Zanzibar in NYC. Rebel Without a Cause was playing silently on a flat screen television and the restaurant was just dark enough with candles everywhere. The food was really good too!

1776 is one of the few plays I had never seen, and it was really interesting. The actors were great and the play itself is a history lesson! I really enjoyed it.
